“Yes, and I long for one thing more:
to learn how to listen
to the delicate vibrations of my soul,
to be incorruptibly true to myself
and fair to others,
to find in this way
the right measure
of my own worth”

I really love this poem Astrid, thank you for posting it for us all to share.
Being true to myself is one thing I promised myself to work on during this new year, and I’m really trying, though I find it’s often one of the hardest things to do.
After my whole life of being a people pleaser and thus having very little idea of what I am about, I have only in recent years begun my own personal journey, my own waking. I find it wonderful, beautiful, magical, exciting and exhiliarting and absolutely terrifying all rolled into one! Totally awesome in fact, and I’m loving it!
I feel happy about being tied to your path of healing!
Actually, sometimes I’m not loving it so much.
