Being happy is a choice of perspective. Attract what you’d like your life to be like. Live it and be it. Happy!
Yep. That’s what I know when I am happy.
However, at times, I am not happy. I get into a rut, just like anybody else. Perhaps unlike some people however, I am really lucky to be surrounded by positive-minded Reiki people and a library of self-help tools and health-building frameworks.
So, this is what I do, when I am down and things are not going my way: I focus on ‘how it could be’ with lists like the below:

Do you believe that happiness is your birthright (and therefore ought to be ‘automatic’?! Well, I sure did believe this, and when I get in the middle of life, I sometimes still forget.
