I’m currently taking that 5 week intensive course I talked to you about, right now heading into week #4.
We have a break from 9:00am - 9:15am to get to the next class so I used that time on Thursday to give Reiki to a rock as a symbol for the Earth and every living organism on it.
I immediately, out of nowhere, was struck with cold chills and and incredibly strong sensation when I began! Thankfully this did subside, and was a very powerful meditation - the Earth really does require a lot of healing.
