My son gave me a wonderful gift - a cd of meditation music by Stars of The Lid. The one I have is called "And Their Refinement Of The Decline", but i believe there are others. Tis beautiful stuff.

The title of this post kindly reminds readers a daily dose of self-love and compassion are meaningful. At the same time, it makes sense not to limit the amount of self-care you provide. As one learns to attune to the body, mind and spirit, one realizes that one feels what one needs and one can act to satisfy it.

Reiki is subtle, most of the time.
Think of it as a 5 degree shift of the Titanic, that is you.
By shifting that 5 degrees, there will be smoother sailing
and you'll avoid those big rocks...
:-)

I usually ask my clients to keep a journal
where they write down whatever they notice that's different:
a new response to a familiar situation,
such as a calm response to a situation that would have brought on anger before, less pain, etc etc

My husband once told me that he didn't know if the Reiki treatments that I did on him cured anything or not, but they definitely left him relaxed and feeling good. He liked that.
