When I found this quote, I immediately took this metaphorically to be that once we let go of our own inner garbage, we can see the pure, jewel-quality beauty that we are within.

Often in my practice, I use the symbol of a ‘dumpster’ as a place where to put your mental & emotional ‘garbage’: old limiting beliefs, anger, anything that’s ‘un-love’, anything that you no longer need to be on your path of white light (leading to your best possible future), goes there.

May this quote help you today, to unburden yourself of some old negative or even just limiting thoughts in your mind, so that you can find the treasure that is YOU.
