World Action Day: Save the Environment

By participating in the blog community, I became aware of the blog - World Action. It is an initiative whereby thousands of bloggers write about a common, worthwhile topic: the environment. Great initiative!

Our blog, We Are One World Healing, is established to help heal the world/environment. This is its main purpose. I trust that anyone interested in genuinely healing the environment takes the time to register with us (free) and join our monthly 1-hour joint meditation/energy sessions to help heal the planet, its plants, its people.

Somewhere I read that ’saving the planet’ should be renamed ’saving humanity’. They are right. The planet is likely to survive our disasterous over-& misuse of its resources. It is humanity that has to worry instead about the holes in the ozone layers, global warming, and the rest of it.

So, lets all do our bit to help save our environment, and let’s do it together. We are one world. It is NOW time to say NO to paper or plastic shopping bags, YES to bicycles for basic transport, NO to gas guzzlers, YES to turning off car engines in front of traffic lights, HURRAY to foods with reduced packaging, etc. etc.

It is the summation of our little daily choices that can and will save the planet.

Sure, private energy consumption is just a fraction of commercial use. However, managers and politicians who go to work on their bikes, who buy foods in bulk, who recycle, and who make thousands of environmentally responsible choices at home are less likely to promote energy-misuse at work.

May you all have a great day.

To join our We Are One World Healing movement, you can register free on this website. The next upcoming session is October 26, at 9-10 AM PST. The top left menu of this blog has all the details. We look forward to you joining We Are One World Healing.

Feng Shui Baqua to Realize Love, Abundance, Career Goals & More

Feng Shui Baqua: The Map for Love, Abundance, Career Goals & Success

feng shui good luck coins photo by Gábor Bejó

Feng Shui is the ancient art of placement. It incorporates the elements: of wind/air, fire, water, wood and metal. It also considers the four directions (N, S, E, W) in building recommendations.

I found an easy, yet powerful way to improve the Feng Shui in your home, is by overlaying it with what is called a ‘bagua’ (Feng Shui map). The Bagua indicates what each area in your home (or office) represents, and how best to decorate it.

Each area has its own element and direction, and favorable color and decorative accessories. See the Bagua below.

FORTUNATE BLESSINGS/ ABUNDANCE

Direction: Southeast

Decor: Wind. Fountains, crystals, mobiles, expensive objects

FAME / REPUTATION

Color: the brightest red you can stand

Direction: South

Decor: Anything that indicate flames: fire place, candles, incense, and wild animals

RELATIONSHIPS

Color: pink

Direction: Southwest

Decor: Groups / Pairs of things: bookends, matching statues, symbols of love

HEALTH & FAMILY

Color: green

Direction: East

Decor: Wood. living things such as flowers & plants, tree images

CENTER

Direction: center

Decor: Earth. open & uncluttered

CREATIVITY (& Children)

Color: white/pastels

Direction: West

Decor: Metal. Whimsical objects, crafts, children’s drawing, round things.

(SELF-) KNOWLEDGE

Color: dark blue, dark green, black

Direction: Northeast

CAREER/ LIFE PATH

HELPFUL PEOPLE (spiritual guides & friends)/TRAVEL

Side of the house with the MAIN ENTRANCE

How to Use The Bagua

  1. Draw your home to scale.

  2. Divide each side into 3 equal portions, and draw lines over your home layout to create 9 ‘parts’.

  3. The easiest way to use the bagua is to align your front door with the bottom of the map show here. Or, use a compass and note the directions indicated.

  4. Read the details in the bagua and compare it with your home’s actual situation.

  5. Adjust your home to suit the bagua. Note missing corners and ‘claim’ their energy by hanging windchimnes or geraniums (or similar) outside.

  6. Try it for yourself. You can easily identify what little or big changes you need to create a happier home.

  7. Tip: have little time? Just declutter the area of your life you immediately want to improve upon.

Expect the corresponding changes to manifest in your life!

Crystals for World Healing

All stones and crystals are useful with our intent of healing the planet as they come from within her and are like receivers and transmitters, communicating with the matrix of the planet. As we clear ourselves of any blockages using our friends from the mineral kingdom, we become more clear to bring forth more light and send it right to the core of Gaia.

Working with grounding stones so the root chakra is open is of primary importance. We must be hooked in to the physical plane and centered in order for this connection and transmission to occur. Stones like smokey quartz, jet, black and brown tourmaline, obsidian, jade, and jasper are all wonderful for grounding.

Working with any other stones that resonate with you to further purify your vessel with help with your own experience and ability to bring forth high frequencies and expansion, thereby affecting everyone around you and this beautiful planet that we live on.

Lastly I suggest we always work to open our hearts. Stones such as rose quartz, rhodochrosite, rhodonite, pink tourmaline,, sugilite, and kunzite, to name just a few, will assist us in opening further to love, gratitude, compassion, respect, understanding. As we heal ourselves we set the example of how to live a different way for the rest of the world. As each of us in our own little ways raise the vibration we affect the macrocosmic resonance, bringing forth our birthright of love, support, and reverance for each other and all of creation.
