Group Healing Meditation for World Peace

In the beginning we decided to make soul — searching awareness about our inner state of mind. We all almost felt the energy of deep silence.
We started with the repetition of ” OM “mantra, first loudly and then by and by slowly reducing the voice and concentrating on silent repetition of mantra through breathing.
Within moments of silent repetition the intensity and the space of mantra began to expand in waves and we forgetting our bodies, like ripples went on spreading over the endless space and timeless movement.
From our small but serious Healing Meditation we experienced the peace in the world .
Today world needs such type of group meditation to heal humanity’s suffering we all felt this is the need of the hour.
